SOLAR MEDITATION

In years past, many ask what is a Mayan Solar Ceremony. Here we share a
bit of ancient wisdom from Hunbatz Men and Mayan tradition. An Excerpt From
the Booklet....
HUNAB K'U who is our Supreme Teacher, reminds the people of today of a new
beginning and reminds that the new age has begun and that humanity must
return to the ancient Ceremonial Centers where the Supreme essence resides.
He directs that communication be established with the forces of nature in
order that they may awaken the spiritual dimensions of being. Strength and
power await within the essence of nature. That essence will recover the
potential that has been obscured in the past cycle of cultural darkness.
It is necessary to work within the deepest recesses of our being in order
to be able to perceive and glean the information that is recorded within
the inner self. Only then can the information resurface consciously.....
We have all been together there in past lives when humanity was one and
there was one language; a language that was mantric, ordered and onomatopoeic.
When the time of the Solar cycle arrived, the Knowledge Keepers and the
community in general gathered around the pyramids. The Knowledge Keeper
explained the Solar cycles and exhorted those present to meditate upon the
8 of harmony in the universe. This was necessary to ensure that the 23 years
of solar sunspots be for the good of the Solar System and the other 7 solar
systems that exist around it. He would explain that the Sun was passing
through difficult moments and that the Sun's Sons and Daughters had the
obligation of helping the Great Father, the Sacred Sun.
After the verbal explanation, came the burning of sacred incense, POM, to
aromatize the environment with the aroma of the Divine. The Knowledge Keepers
entered meditation in order to prepare the body and spirit for the great
journey to the Father Sun. During the time that the Knowledge Keepers carried
on this communication and received solar instruction, other Knowledge Keepers
blessed the sacred books of the Maya. They would use pure water to clean
the place where the books were to be kept.. The female Knowledge Keepers
spread flowers brought from the forest around the area where the books were
to be opened. When the female Knowledge Keepers finished placing the flowers
in the appointed place, the male Knowledge Keepers entered and placed the
books and all remained attentive awaiting the signal of the Knowledge Keepers
that were in the spiritual journey to the Sun. When the Knowledge Keeper
returned to Mother Earth, he extended his left hand and in that moment the
sacred books were opened. Immediately, the Knowledge Keeper wrote whatever
the Sun had dictated needed to be communicated to the people.
When the Knowledge Keeper completed the task of writing the instruction
received from the Sun, he rose, extended his hands before the people and
began the pregnant POM ritual. He pronounced the sacred name of the Sun:
K'IN, K'INN, K'INNN, K'INNNN, K'INNNN, K'INNNNN, K'INNNNNN. The people repeated
this mantric, religious and scientific name and immediately after proceeded
with this prayer:
Father Sun! Upon the showing of your countenance, at dawn we receive you
word, because with your Sacred light we awaken and contemplate all of your
creation. We contemplate ourselves as well because we are your children
formed and created by you. Father, for this reason at dawn, we give ourselves
to you, with prayer and praise and we beseech you to protect us. That your
creative light, be good. That through it you send us a bit of your wisdom.
After speaking this prayer, the community and the Knowledge Keepers meditated
to control the Solar energy, use it for the good and transmitting it to
all manifestation of life. When the Knowledge Keepers felt the high frequency
of the Solar energy, they engaged a series of movements with their hands
and body and sent the energy to the people waiting at the foot of the pyramid.
...All that is explained in this booklet can be practiced on Sun days when
the Sun is rising or when your body or spirit needs it.
No explanation of the meditation process is provided because it is a task
that is personal and individual. The communication with the Sun occurs according
to the level of spiritual development of the individual. It is useful to
have a picture of one of the many pyramids that exist in the world. It should
be placed directly in front. The person should visualize him or herself
at the foot of the pyramid facing the Sun. Before beginning the meditation,
pronounce the name of the Sun 7 times as indicated and repeat the prayer
indicated above 7 times.

Mayan/Incan Solar Meditation
For the Spring Equinox Dawn, March 21, 1997
This is an example of a three step Solar Ceremony/Meditation that was inspired
by the teachings of Maya Elder, Hunbatz Men and Incan Spiritual Messenger,
Willaru Huayta.

Arrive at your chosen location before dawn. In silence, await the rising
Sun. Before the Sun breaks the horizon, face the Sun and begin to meditate.
With respect, ask Hunab K'u (The Creator of the Universe for the Maya) and
Pacacamag (The Father of the Universe for the Inca) for blessings and permission
to enter their memory. Ask to be reawakened to the ancient knowledge of
the cosmos. Ask for wisdom and clarity. As the Sun rises look directly at
the Sun. Please use discretion here. Just one second of pure sunlight directly
in the eyes is enough, but do what is comfortable for you.
Hold your arms out to the side of your body with palms out. Imagine you
are pulling in the energy of the Sun. Begin to say the name of the Sun,
K'IN in the Mayan language, and catch the spirit of the Sun in your arms.
Just as Om-m-m is the name of the Earth, K'IN is the name of the Sun. The
name of the Sun sounds like, "K'ieeeeeennn" with a distinct E
sound. When you do this properly, you will feel the sound of the Sun vibrating
in your head. Say K'IN, K'IEN, K'IEENN, K'IEEENN 7 times for our 7 chakras
and our connection with the Pleiades. Now pull your arms inward and place
the energy of the Sun into your heart and center it inside your inner temple.
This first step is to honor, bless and awaken yourself. Add yourself to
the energy of the Sun and with a sweeping motion send it out to the universe.
Send this vibration of solar light mixed with your spirit all the way back
to the Sun. Feel our heartsong being received by the Creator, Hunab K'u/Pacacamag
and our cosmic brother and sisters. Repeat this process two more times.
The second time is to honor and awaken the animal and plant kingdoms. The
third time is to honor, bless and awaken humanity.
Once you have completed the three steps you will be in a higher frequency.
This is a good time to do some inner work. In this high frequency space,
offer your heart to the Creator. Give yourself away. Dedicate yourself as
a keeper of the Earth and a servant to the light of truth. Devote yourself
to your unique form of awakening. Feel the inherent responsibility of fully
awakening as a being of light. Accept the weight of this responsibility
within the joyful and empowered spirit that you are. Be aware and open to
ways of being of service to humanity. Be in service to those still living
in darkness. Allow the spirit of the Sun and the Creator Hunab K'u/Pacacamag
to shine brilliantly in your heart.
In this silence, listen for your personal message in this first day of a
yearly cycle, for what you receive today will influence your the entire
year. Remember to listen to the song of life, the Sun, the stars, the wind,
the Earth and water. When the Creator calls upon you, remember your dedication
and responsibility to humanity, Earth and the cosmos. You are a piece of
the Sun and a piece of Hunab K'u/Pacacamag and have a special message to
give to humanity.

Why this Spring Equinox is so significant for Mother Earth and Humanity
So much excitement has been building around this Spring Equinox, that here
at Hauk'in, we feel compelled to share with you all the bits and pieces
of awesome stories and synchronistic happenings that have come to us. As
I write this, I can feel the presence of each one of you, and I can see
we are an awesome bunch of lightworkers! I am filled with love for each
and every one of you who are participating at Sunrise. I feel so blessed
to be a part of these awesome groups and I hope you feel the same. Do you
remember when we planned to regather at this time eons ago? Well here we
are, working together again. We are very blessed to be living in these times
and to be called to do this work together. As humanity is activated and
awakens further to the truth that we collectively create our reality, the
possibilities for our positive future bloom. We are creating our positive
future together.
FROM THE MAYALANDS...
This Spring Equinox, March 21, 1997, the first day of the Mayan year of
8 CABAN, marks the entrance into the third year of a cycle of light prophesied
by the ancient Maya thousands of year ago. This year is auspiciously set
apart from other Mayan New Years with the return of comet Hale-Bopp on a
3250 year orbit. Interestingly enough, Hale-Bopp will be closest to Mother
Earth directly on the Spring Equinox! During the comet's approach to Earth,
a major undertaking to re-remember cosmic truth will take place. Mayan Elder,
Hunbatz Men, along with 40 Elders from North and Central America will complete
a 33 day vision quest on 3/17, during the last days of the Mayan year 7
EB (3/21/96 - 3/20/97). This past year was the year for humanity to re-member
multi-dimensional consciousness and understand cosmic dimensional timing
cycles. The Mayan vision quest is directly focused on regathering and remembering
hidden truth of the Mayan calendars and knowledge of the cosmos. The comet's
orbit of 3250 years is one half of a 6500 year cycle that directly correlates
to one of the Mayan calendars! Humanity has not felt the presence of the
spirit, wisdom, and knowledge of this comet in 3250 years, so we can expect
exciting new information and wisdom from the frequencies of the comet. I
find it interesting that the Maya would undertake such a project at this
time while a giant comet linked with Mayan calendars skirts the vicinity
of Mother Earth.
In the Mayalands. At dawn on the Spring Equinox, at the sacred site of Dzibilchaltun,
near Merida, Mexico, something awesome happens. The rising Sun shines through
a doorway of a temple that is at the end of a long sacbe (road of light).
This awesome phenomenon marks the first day of the year for Mother Earth.
Later on in the day an even more awesome phenomenon happens, a magical presence
of spirit makes itself known by displaying an angular placement of a shadow
of a serpent on the pyramid of Kukulkan at Chichan Itza, which represents
the awakening of our Kundalini and our ancient connection with the Pleiades.
This also marks the first day of the Mayan New Year.
It gets even better! At Dzibilchaltun, only two days later, the light of
the rising full moon will also rise through the doorway of the pyramid,
and at Chichan Itza the same serpent shadow happens with the moonlight too!
Isn't it interesting that the comet's cosmic fly by of Earth is linked with
the shadow of the serpent at Chichan Itza and Sunrise at Dzilbichaltun during
a time when the Maya had the call to gather on a quest to remember and regather
lost truth!
On the Spring Equinox, at the base of Kukulkan at Chichan Itza, 40 Mayan
Elders will share the wisdom they received during their 33 day vision quest.
Hunbatz Men states "On that first day, March 21, a perfect balance
of energy will be present all over the Planet Earth. Working positively
with this sacred energy, we can send it, together with our message, to any
corner of the world and correct erroneous political systems as well as personal
religious beliefs. This can help us develop our seven cosmic powers considerably,
to attain great spiritual power. In this manner can we become true cosmic
beings." This balance of energy on Mother Earth is what inspired the
Annual Worldwide solar ceremonies.
FROM AUSTRALIA... Another bit of exciting new comes from Australia. We just
discovered that a group of Aboriginals have also embarked on a 33 day vision
quest to prepare for this particular Spring Equinox. They said they saw
a sign in mid-January that prompted them to gather together. This bit of
news just blew us away here! I don't think the Aboriginals were aware of
the Maya's vision quest, but it looks like they are simultaneously joining
in on the momentous frequencies to gather together and prepare for what
they consider a huge sign in the cosmos. This is a loud message from the
indigenous people of the Earth that we are living of the edge of the new
world.
A MESSAGE FROM MAYAN ELDER, HUNBATZ MEN....
Just prior to the Mayan Vision Quest taking place on February 14, through
March 17, 1997, Mayan Elder, Hunbatz Men sent a message to me, and asked
that I share it. It speaks of how humanity can help keep the creative essence/spirit
alive for Mother Earth and the plants and animals by honoring and respecting
the things we can not yet see. As creators of our reality it is up to us
to "do the work" as Hunbatz puts it. It is up to us to work with
Hunab K'u, giver of movement and measure, and honor spirit so it does not
disappear and consequently our beautiful physical reality. Here is Hunbatz
Men's message in a condensed form.
Hunbatz Men's message...
It is an honor to share with you a message from my uncle, Don Beto, who
was the last guardian of Wenk'al, a Mayan ceremonial center. I have kept
this message deep within my soul for many years, but the ever-increasing
ecological damage that afflicts Mother Earth has prompted me to release
it.
All that exists on Mother Earth has essence as well as spirit. To the Maya,
essence and spirit are one and the same and their never ending cyclic language
tells matter how to act to give way to the cyclic changes.
My uncle, Don Beto, explained this to me many years ago in a very simple
manner. One day, as my uncle and I were walking in the jungle near Espita,
my home town. We sat on some stones that were under a beautiful tree. I
perceived the aroma of mango fruit. My uncle was watching me and he asked
me if I felt like eating a mango. Then, he said: "This is the right
day for you to understand the essence-spirit concept."
My uncle asked me if I could see a mango on the tree and I answered that
I did not see any. He said: "Today, the mango fruit is not present.
That is the way of existence; everything arrives spiritually first. Just
as the mango fruit arrives, so does everything that exists. That is how
we humans arrived in this world, first spiritually and later physically.
Our ancestors performed ceremonies to honor all that was visible and all
that was not visible. You cannot see the mango fruit, yet you can perceive
its aroma."
Then, my uncle's expression turned sad.... "The way things are changing
makes me very sad. Modern civilization is losing respect for all that comes
from the Great Spirit. Many of the different animals that I use to see ...
are physically gone, the big trees are gone too. Everything is disappearing
physically and my spirit grieves for this reason. I always implore the sacred
Hunab K'u that we are not left without the essence-spirit and that, some
day, He sends again the physical beauty we no longer see."
I had the privilege of walking on one of the crop formations (In England).
I walked on one that had recently been formed near Avebury. I could sense
the change in frequency. I felt Mother Earth was emitting energy upwards.
It is important to note that the day before, a group of initiates and I
had performed a ritual precisely in that magnetic site and the crop formation
was not there, but it was there the following day and, as we walked on it,
we entered its dimension. I remembered my uncle telling me to always remember
the teaching of the essence-spirit concept. Then I understood that, through
this sacred site, Mother Earth was trying to communicate with intelligent,
open-minded human beings that could understand the language of sacred geometry
in its mathematical and vibrational aspects.
I still remember my uncle's sadness over the animals and trees that were
gone and I too, feel sad. When you, Solar Brother and Solar Sister notice
that in the area where you live the animals and the trees begin to disappear,
you will realize that we are gradually facing isolation, that the life-giving
spirits are disappearing, that the spirits that support this blue planet
are being lost to another dimension. Should all essence-spirit be gone,
Mother Earth may exhale her last sigh. Without her essence, her body may
disappear and we all may pass to the memory of what once was here. Let us
ask Hunab K'u to show us the way and, through meditation, come to understand
the calendar cycles, which will enable us to pinpoint our errors.
I invoke the spirit of all the masters of all times and dimensions, as well
as the spirit of all forms of life so that they guide us and protect us
and that they all be present as essence of the solar light. At the Dzibilchaltun
ceremonial center where the sacred Hunab K'u illuminates his children, I
will pray so that, once again, we can see the light of wisdom as the Great
Father Sun becomes visible for us to understand his cosmic cycles. Hunbatz

Because we are the keepers and co-creators of this reality, if we ignore
and dishonor the essence/spirit of the unseen, unmanifested worlds, we are
actually working against nature and keeping reality from materializing.
The winged ones, four-legged ones and the world of plants will not manifest
if we have no respect for them. Why would they? If we kill them and cut
them down, pollute them, why would they desire to manifest in this reality.
If we don't learn respect for all of creation, we could literally erase
life's participation in this dimension on Earth!
It is funny that humanity as a whole feels that they have little impact
on this reality. How can we believe so little in ourselves that we feel
we are just blowing in the wind, as if by accident, just witnessing or being
a victim of this reality. The big issues we face today on Mother Earth are
directly related to our lack of self-esteem. Isn't it funny that clearing
up old self-esteem issues could save the Planet! Think about it! We need
to honor and respect our creative force and realize we are creators. We
hold this reality together. We are the keepers of the Earth. When we truly
honor ourselves and our awesome creative power, we will again live in a
sacred way and honor all life. When we honor all life, the essence/spirit
of all living things will manifest.
Humanity is waking up, and in this important year we are riding the crest
of a very big wave. We are living on the edge. We are living between worlds.
How we live, the choices we make, the sensitivities we develop, and our
love and honor for all life will see us through.
FROM THE COSMIC MAYA ....

"An auspicious and timely message is coming to humanity. It is a message
you yourselves put into orbit to help you remember at this time. The solar
calendars on Earth that mark the New Year and Spring Equinox also mark this
definitive time for Earth and Humanity's evolution. They mark the days when
the Equinoctial comet will be at the closest point to Earth. A message from
you is coming through the comet which holds a multi-dimensional frequency
you will need for the next step into oneness and unity with your and other
galaxies. This first comet, Hyakutake, was a forerunner of things to come.
The approaching comet (Hale-Bopp) is the MESSENGER. It is a living spirit.
It's technology is organic, fluid, natural and highly evolved. It is part
of you that you have forgotten. Tune into it to receive the message. Remember,
your journey on Earth has never been about being saved from your own creation.
It has been about becoming responsible, awake and equal to all that exists
in the universe."
FROM NEW AGE STUDY OF HUMANITY'S PURPOSE... Other interesting news about
the comet comes from New Age Study of Humanity's Purpose in Tucson, Arizona.
According to this source, on a causal level, humanity has already entered
the 4th dimension and is about to enter the 5th, directly on the Spring
Equinox and augmented by Hale Bopp's fly by of Earth! As our bodies reel
to acclimate to the frequency shifts, we will not experience the 4th dimension
in this reality before we enter the 5th. We are in the midst of a quantum
leap. The message from this source loudly states, "All is in divine
order." Remember the wondrous things that have transpired this year.
Remember who you are and why you are here! Stay focused on where you are
going. Live your vision of the new Heaven and Earth. Victory is OURS!
FROM AMORAH QUAN YIN... Amorah, author of Pleiadian Perspectives on Human
Evolution, channeled the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light during a Lightworker's
Workshop in Sydney, Australia, Sunday, February 16, 1997. She asked that
we share this information. This is a condenses version of the message from
the Pleiadians.
"Now this Spring Equinox is a very unique thing, this particular time,
all of the products, all of the experiences in this life and every other
life that you have ever lived is coming into one place at one time and your
holograph is ready to include the benefit of all those learnings. Anything
that is unresolved will come to you more deeply, yet there is nothing to
fear, because there is such help that awaits you. Call forth and command
into your life the benefit of all your experiences and on the Equinox there
will be an alignment that takes place with the Earth through your Sun, all
the way to the great Central Sun, in which a dispensation will take place
that will be time released over the next year. So on this Spring Equinox
it is one of the most crucial points in your lifetime, for calling forth,
all of your sacred memories.
The way we would like you to do this is at Sunrise. We want you to stand
on the Earth, have your palms and your face towards the Sun. Call the Sun
into each of your seven chakras. Then call the Sun into each of your chakras
to connect you with the higher learnings from the Pleiades. Call the Sun
to bring the Pleiades into each chakra. Now call the Sun in seven more times,
one for each chakra and this time you do it for all the people on Earth
who don't know to do it for themselves. Once you have called the Sun into
your chakras, twenty one times all together, then there is a command that
we ask you to make.
"In the name of the I AM presence that I AM, I command, that ALL of
my experiences of truth, All of my experiences of awakening, enlightenment
and ascension, All of my remembrances and understandings and transcendence,
In this lifetime and in any lifetime, past and future, I command it that
you ground it into my reality and into my body in this life NOW. I AM ready
to live fully in this body. I take responsibility for being fully aligned
and awakened I choose to be a Christed being on Earth. (then hold your hands
upwards with your palms up and use the alignment with your whole self) I
ask that ALL of my past, present and future learnings be anchored through
my body.
As you feel all your past lives pass through you, ground them to the center
of the Earth. There will be a point when you will feel a response from the
center of the Earth. Suddenly there will be a shift - and there will be
an energy that will shoot back to you and out beyond you, and will send
a message straight up to the great Central Sun, that you have asked to have
the benefit of all your experiences come into present time. The Great Central
Sun will respond by sending a bolt of energy back to you. It may feel like
a gentle wave that moves through you, a gentle peace, or some of you may
experience it as an electrical activation that moves through your body.
Stand - call in your past experiences - ground the energy - when you feel
something come back up from the Earth you will know that you are complete.
Then simply wait until you feel something from the Great Central Sun. You
may feel a wave, a sudden electrical sense, it may be sudden tears, but
you will feel something come back to you and that is the completion of the
cycle.
Then for the next year, you are in a special time on the Earth, when a dispensation
will be sent continually from the Great Central Sun through your SUN and
through your body. This dispensation will align you, not only with all of
your learnings from the past, but it will be preparing you for the following
Equinox when you catch up with your highest potential future. Time and space
are continually folding in. It's a very beautiful thing. It will not happen
in the way it has happened before. Even if the Earth perceives itself as
having a disaster, as some people will perceive, this reality is spreading.
So when you align yourself on the Equinox, you must call on your highest
potential future as well as your highest past. The following Equinox is
when you will command full alignment with your highest future. Between the
two, you must be very clear about your visions for your future. You will
be constantly impulsed through the Sun, through the great Central Sun, to
remember and to collect all parts of your hologram here and now. That's
why you have been working so hard. It is a long awaited, great time. You
have learned a great deal. If you have unfinished business - finish it by
this Equinox.. For the more completion you can bring to this time with the
Equinox, the easier the integration with your holographic imprint will be
and the more glorious.
Well, my solar wave friends, that is the Equinox news I had the call to
share with you. I am very happy we are coming together in this way. I have
realized over the years that we are not separated by geography. We are separated
by frequency. When we travel, we discover we have friends in all countries,
cultures, religions and races. This is why we can have a instant and deep
connection with someone we have just met, and never get to know a neighbor.
It is a small planet and we are brothers and sisters, children of the SUN.
In closing, I would like to share a poem a special solar sister of mine
wrote. It seems appropriate to share it here as we take our first steps
to a new reality.

Third Annual Worldwide Solar Ceremonies for Planetary Awakening.
HAPPY MAYAN NEW YEAR! Well, we made it through the activating, challenging,
multidimensional portal year of 7 EB. Whew! Take this special moment to
look back over the year. We have come so far as a human race these last

the Maya Elders are right on time. Humanity has not felt the presence of
the spirit of this comet in 3250 years, so we can expect exciting new and
revealing information and activation from the frequencies of the comet.
This Spring Equinox has the potential to be the most activating and transforming
Mayan New Year for Mother Earth and humanity in 3250 years!
On the Spring Equinox, at the base of the pyramid of Kukulkan in Chichen
Itza, the 40 Elders will share the wisdom they received during the vision
quest. On this day a magical presence of spirit makes itself known by displaying
a shadow of a serpent on the pyramid of Kukulkan, which represents the awakening
of our Kundalini and our ancient connection with the Pleiades. This worldwide

The First Annual Solar Ceremonies for Planetary Awakening took place on
March 21, 1995, when an ancient Mayan prophecy was fulfilled and humanity
entered a new cycle of light, the golden age. Gathered at Chichen Itza,
a record-breaking 45,000 people joined to celebrate. Teachers from around
the world and three Tibetan Lamas joined in celebration with Mayan Elder,

how the Maya celebrate special solar days.
An Excerpt From the Booklet.... SOLAR MEDITATION by Hunbatz Men
When the time of the Solar cycle arrived, the Knowledge Keepers and the
community in general gathered around the pyramids. The Knowledge Keeper
explained the solar cycles and exhorted those present to meditate upon the
8 of harmony in the universe.
After the verbal explanation, came the burning of sacred incense, POM, to
aromatize the environment with the aroma of the Divine. The Knowledge Keepers
entered meditation in order to prepare the body and spirit for the great
journey to the Father Sun. During the time that the Knowledge Keepers carried
on this communication and received solar instruction, other Knowledge Keepers
blessed the sacred books of the Maya. They would use pure water to clean
the place where the books were to be kept. The female Knowledge Keepers
spread flowers brought from the forest around the area where the books were
to be opened. When the female Knowledge Keepers finished placing the flowers
in the appointed place, the male Knowledge Keepers entered and placed the
books and all remained attentive awaiting the signal of the Knowledge Keepers
that were in the spiritual journey to the Sun. When the Knowledge Keeper
returned to Mother Earth, he extended his left hand and in that moment the
sacred books were opened. Immediately, the Knowledge Keeper wrote whatever
the Sun had dictated needed to be communicated to the people.
When the Knowledge Keeper completed the task of writing the instruction
received from the Sun, he rose, extended his hands before the people and
began the pregnant POM ritual. He pronounced the sacred name of the Sun:
K'IN, K'INN, K'INNN, K'INNNN, K'INNNNN, K'INNNNNN, K'INNNNNNN. The people
repeated this mantric, religious and scientific name and immediately after
proceeded with this prayer:
Father Sun! Upon the showing of your countenance, at dawn we receive you
word, because with your Sacred light we awaken and contemplate all of your
creation. We contemplate ourselves as well because we are your children
formed and created by you. Father, for this reason at dawn, we give ourselves
to you, with prayer and praise and we beseech you to protect us. That your
creative light, be good. That through it you send us a bit of your wisdom.
After speaking this prayer, the community and the Knowledge Keepers meditated
to control the Solar energy, to use it for the good, and to transmit it
to all manifestations of life. When the Knowledge Keepers felt the high
frequency of the Solar energy, they engaged a series of movements with their
hands and body and sent the energy to the people waiting at the foot of
the pyramid.
No explanation of the meditation process is provided because it is a task
that is personal and individual. The communication with the Sun occurs according
to the level of spiritual development of the individual. It is useful to
have a picture of one of the many pyramids that exist in the world. It should
be placed directly in front. The person should visualize him or herself
at the foot of the pyramid facing the Sun. Before beginning the meditation,
pronounce the name of the Sun 7 times as indicated and repeat the prayer
indicated above 7 times
It is necessary to work within the deepest recesses of our being in order
to be able to perceive and glean the information that is recorded within
the inner self. Only then can the information resurface consciously. We
have all been together there in past lives when humanity was one and there
was one language; a language that was mantric, ordered and onomatopoeic.
ENTERING THE MAYAN YEAR OF 8 CABAN
What can Humanity and Mother Earth expect to experience.
The next 365 days will be influenced by the Mayan year 8 CABAN. The number
8 (Vaxac in Maya) is a harmonious number that is about structuring and restructuring.
Vaxac refines our reality based on a continuing input of evolving realizations
and intentions. It is about change - change - change. It is discovering
and rediscovering the boundaries between spirit and form. Humanity and Mother
Earth will be inspired to try out many new ideas and concepts. This is a
year for the designers and inventors of the physical world to flourish.
New Earth friendly technology could emerge and through deep analyses of
the world religions and philosophies we could find common ground. In a Vaxac
year we yearn to understand the many perspectives of the world. This year
the diversities of Earth and Humanity could merge into global mind.
This year is also influenced by the Sun glyph, CABAN (Earth). In a Caban
year we face the paradox of desiring a stable lifestyle vs. changeability.
The main challenge could be about holding one's life together according
to plan. It will be important to stay flexible and foster patience with
new and changeable life experiences.
In Mayan tradition Caban is represented by the Earth monster whose sudden
movements bring earthquakes, catastrophe, and abrupt collapses. In this
way we understand that Caban lives on shaky ground. Caban is "that
which moves" and is the ever-presence of change and forward movement.
This does not necessarily mean physical earth changes. It could very well
mean personal inner tremors and shiftings. Caban is about learning to flow
with spirit's intention. When one adamantly hangs on to what one has planned
without listening to spirit, challenge will result. If the flow of spirit
is restricted, the energy will build up until it can't be held back any
longer and will break free, sometimes destructively. Being fluid is an essential
rule to follow throughout this year.
Caban challenges us to let go of old opinions, philosophies, perspectives,
and reality frameworks that have become outdated or have been discredited.
Caban activates the fulfillment of unique destinies that are unlike the
masses of the times. It is a master at exploring uncharted territories and
finding answers to stubborn problems. Caban will push our boundaries into
a bigger picture. Ideas and new philosophies that emerge could be viewed
as controversial. Use caution so as not to over-interpret signs, symbols,
dreams, and visions, leaving only a fraction of the truth. Be open and be
radical this year!
Caban is about learning to be centered in the present moment; to observe
without drawing conclusions. Wait patiently for the whole story. Let the
truth arise naturally. Listen for the subtle hints of cosmic truth. Watch
for the coincidences and synchronicities happening all around you. Remember,
Caban is a keeper of the truth of Earth. Are you listening?
FOR THE MONTH OF MARCH... A lot of interesting cosmic events are happening
in the month of March. On 8 Kan, a.k.a. March 8, we will plant a galactic
seed in the energy of a new moon energy and set the tone for the coming
ceremonies on the Spring Equinox. One day later on 9 Chicchan, a.k.a. March
9, there is a total solar eclipse in the Middle East, opening a cosmic doorway
as the Maya Elder are deeply immersed in their vision quest. On 3 Eb, a.k.a.
March 16, humanity and Mother Earth enter the sacred 5 day period called
Vayeb. These five days are crucial for letting go of the old year energies

of A new world
As we enter a new Mayan year and face the challenges of becoming multidimensional
beings in a Galactic Earth year (8 Caban), we ask ourselves some difficult
questions about how to make the shift from one dimension to the next without
a well laid path to follow. As we begin to take our first steps into a reality
humanity can only image at this moment, we wonder what that first steps
will look like, and how will we know if we are moving in the right direction.
In my obsession with interdimensional travel I have asked the same question
over and over. How do we let go of the 3D world while moving into the next
reality?
Just prior to the Mayan Vision Quest of (Feb. 14, March 17,1997) Maya Elder,
Hunbatz Men sent a message to me, and ask that I share it. In the message
is a clue to how we can bridge the gaps between the dimensions easily and
safely. It also shares how humanity can help keep the creative spirit/essence
alive for Mother Earth, the plants and animals by honoring and respecting
the things we can not yet see. As creators of our reality it is up to us
to "do the work" as Hunbatz puts it. It is up to us to work with
Hunab K'u, giver of movement and measure, and honoring spirit so it does
not disappear and consequently our beautiful physical reality too.
Hunbatz Men's message... It is an honor to share with you a message from
my uncle, Don Beto, who was the last guardian of X Wenk'al, a Mayan ceremonial
center. I have kept this message deep within my soul for many years, but
the ever-increasing ecological damage that afflicts Mother Earth has prompted
me to release it.
THE MAYAN COSMIC CALENDAR AND ITS CONNECTION WITH ESSENCE-SPIRIT - All that
exists on Mother Earth has essence as well as spirit. To the Maya, essence
and spirit are one and the same and their never ending cyclic language tells
matter how to act to give way to the cyclic changes.
My uncle, Don Beto, explained this to me many years ago in a very simple
manner. One day, as my uncle and I were walking in the jungle near Espita,
my home town, he suddenly gestured indicating that we sit on some stones
that were under a beautiful tree. As we sat down I perceived the aroma of
mango fruit. My uncle was watching me and he asked me if I felt like eating
a mango. Then, he said: "This is the right day for you to understand
the essence-spirit concept."
My uncle asked me if I could see a mango on the tree and I answered that
I did not see any. He said: "Today, the mango fruit is not present.
That is the way of existence; everything arrives spiritually first. Just
as the mango fruit arrives, so does everything that exists. That is how
we humans arrived in this world, first spiritually and later physically."
"Hunbatz, remember the pyramids at X Wenk'al. That site is sacred to
us, the Maya. Our physical roots are in that ancient site and it was there
that our ancestors understood many laws on all that exists from the Great
Spirit. In X Wenk'al, as well as in hundreds of pyramids on this continent,
our ancestors performed ceremonies to honor all that was visible and all
that was not visible. You cannot see the mango fruit, yet you can perceive
its aroma."
Then, my uncle's expression turned sad. I respectfully asked him the reason
for such change. There was a sad tone in his voice as he answered: "The
way things are changing makes me very sad. Modern civilization is losing
respect for all that comes from the Great Spirit." He continued: "Many
of the different animals that I used to see around this jungle are physically
gone, the big trees are gone too. Everything is disappearing physically
and my spirit grieves for this reason. I always implore the sacred Hunab
K'u that we are not left without the essence-spirit of all that is gone
and that, some day, He sends again the physical beauty we no longer see."
In 1994, my Solar Sister Anja Korner (founder of Avebury Mystery School)
invited me to give some lectures in England. While I was in that sacred
land, I had the privilege of walking on one of the crop formations that
have been found in wheat plantations at various locations in England. When
I walked on one that had recently been formed near the Avebury pyramid,
I could sense the change in frequency of the energy emitted and I felt as
if Mother Earth were emitting energy upwards.
It is important to note that the day before, a group of initiates and myself
had performed a ritual precisely in that magnetic site and the crop formation
was not there, but it was there the following day and, as we walked on it,
we entered its dimension. Some people claim that these geometric designs
are made by the farmers of the area. I am absolutely certain that this formation
was not man-made.
When I sat within the formation to meditate, I remembered my uncle telling
me to always remember the teaching of the essence-spirit concept. Then I
understood that, through this sacred site, Mother Earth was trying to communicate
with intelligent, open-minded human beings that could understand the language
of sacred geometry in its mathematical and vibrational aspects.
When I was in Florida in 1996, for reasons of cosmic coincidence, I met
Kathy Doore, who gave me a photograph of a recent crop formation in England,
which seemed to suggest that the essence and body of our Mother Earth was
not in the orbit it had occupied for millions of years and this saddened
me. I have carried this photograph to many ceremonial centers and, at each
sacred site, I show it to Father Sun and, sometimes, to Sister Moon and,
when in meditation, I send it to the heart of Mother Earth and ask for her
advice as what can be done in order not to lose her essence and her body.
I invite every human being to do likewise.
I still remember my uncle's sadness over the animals and trees that were
gone and I too, feel sad. When you, Solar Brother and Solar Sister notice
that in the area where you live the animals and the trees begin to disappear,
you will realize that we are gradually facing isolation, that the life-giving
spirits are disappearing, that the spirits that support this blue planet
are being lost to another dimension. Should all essence-spirit be gone,
Mother Earth may exhale her last sigh. Without her essence, her body may
disappear and we all may pass to the memory of what once was here.
The purpose of the Mayan initiation work is to determine what can be done
to avoid the aforementioned, as we were sent to this planet to care for
it and to love it. Let us ask Hunab K'u to show us the way and, through
meditation, come to understand the calendar cycles, which will enable us
to pinpoint our errors.
All are invited to learn to adjust their lives in accordance with the sacred
Mayan calendars and ask Mother Earth what is their cyclic responsibility
so that we can all live in harmony with the essence-spirit of Mother Earth.
This is the only way to preserve the spirit of our planet.
I invoke the spirit of all the masters of all times and dimensions, as well
as the spirit of all forms of life so that they guide us and protect us
and that they all be present as essence of the solar light on March 21 (Mayan
New Year). At the Dzibilchaltun ceremonial center where the sacred Hunab
K'u illuminates his children, I will pray so that, once again, we can see
the light of wisdom as the Great Father Sun becomes visible for us to understand

As we become more and more sensitive to essence/spirit, we will be able
to perceive something about to manifest. If the essence/spirit of the next
dimension can be felt through resonance before it arrives we can be at the
right place at the right time just by being sensitive. Essence/spirit becomes
our well-worn unseen path to the next world. If we feel drawn to a special
place and/or feel an otherworldly presence or feel a higher frequency this
very well may be a doorway to the next dimension.
One of the main reasons so many are drawn to sacred sites around the Earth
is that all sacred sites exist on all dimensions at once. When we move into
the next reality sacred sites will remain, but our modern society built
of skyscrapers and superhighways will not. This is because sacred sites
have a thread of energy that ties them to all the dimensions.
Sacred sites are built on energy vortexes. Because of the centuries of solar
lightwork done in these places, a magnification of the frequencies has been
built. When we visit sacred sites, we feel excited, as they exhibit high
frequencies and lower magnetics. These altered frequencies and lower magnetics
attract those who are working to be free of limitations. Sacred sites are
actually preparing us for dimensional shifting. Higher frequencies help
us clear out the unnecessary baggage we have carried for lifetimes and also
give our body a workout so we will be in shape for the shifts. Lower magnetics
prepare us for the possible disorientation we can feel when we enter a dimension
that is timeless and non-linear. Sacred sites prepare our body and spirit
for the shift of the ages.
Because we are the keepers and co-creators of this reality, if we ignore
and dishonor the essence/spirit of the unseen, unmanifested worlds, we are
actually working against nature and keeping reality from materializing.
The winged ones, four-legged ones and the world of plants will not manifest
if we have no respect for them. Why would they. If we kill them and cut
them down, pollute them, why would they desire to manifest in this reality.
If we don't learn respect for all of creation, we could literally erase
life's participation in this dimension on Earth!
This is a hard message to share, but as humanity awakes to the spirit in
all matter, I have absolute hope that we will begin to live and work in
a sacred way again. We did not come this far through the burden of time
and space to end it in this way. We are here to be victorious. We are here
to witness and participate in the great celebration.
It is funny humanity as a whole feels that we have no impact on this reality.
How can we believe so little of ourselves that we feel we are just blowing
in the wind, as if by accident, just witnessing or being a victim of this
reality. The big issues we face today on Mother Earth are directly related
to our lack of self-esteem. Isn't it funny that clearing up old self-esteem
issues could save the Planet! Think about it! We need to realize, honor
and respect our creative force and realize we are creators. We hold this
reality together. We are the keepers of the Earth. When we truly honor ourselves
and our awesome creative power we will again live in a sacred way where
we honor all life. When we honor all live the essence/spirit of all living
things will manifest.
Humanity is waking up, and in this important year we are riding the crest
of a very big wave. We are living on the edge. We are living between worlds.
How we live, the choices we make, the sensitivities we develop, and our
love and honor for all life will see us through.

Cosmic Comet wake up call

It is obvious that humanity is ready and even desperate for change. This
desperation is proven over and over again, by the simple act of our willingness
to believe and participate in predictions that may, or may not, make our
lives more fulfilling. We are left to wonder why we continue to give our
power away to teachers, gurus, leaders, wild predictions, and other intriguing
phenomena. We have to ask ourselves why we are attracted to drama and why
we continue to await the perfect future or dreaded catastrophe. In these
past months predictions of mass landings, pole shifts and photon belt phenomena
did not materialize. The governmental world powers did not collapse, and
Arizona is still anticipating when it will become beach front property.
Many on "the path" are becoming disillusioned with the continuing
failure of predictions and outrageous phenomena. We feel like we are living
on a cosmic roller coaster. How long can we keep up this excitement level?
Does drama and wild phenomena have a place in our spiritual lives? Are we
allowing ourselves to be sidetracked because we don't want the responsibility
of being fully empowered human beings? Are we leaning on these predictions
so we do not have to be responsible for receiving our own truth. Are we
wanting teachers, gurus, and star beings to be our parents? The Cosmic Maya
see our dilemma, and are sending a loud, tough message for humanity, that
at this time. As they share, "We putting off the inevitable."
The Cosmic Maya share... "Dear brothers and sisters, we love you, so
we need to shake you awake. We wish to help you understand your dependence
upon parental figures in your society and how each day you give your power
away to them. We wish to help you understand why your addiction to drama
and phenomena is creating false energy that you can not possibly create
from. These things are side tracking you from realizing your full potential.
You are wearing blinders, keeping you from seeing that YOU are everything
you need to manifest everything you need. It is time to grow up and be an
adult, in body and most of all, in SPIRIT."
"Your fascination with the return of the star beings will not happen
until you are fully empowered human beings. Extraterrestrial beings with

You are nervous and tired all at the same time. You are excited and fearful.
You feel worn out and your enthusiasm and motivation is draining fast."

a foot in one while you land safely in the other. Many of you are preparing
for change by using old survival methods of the 3D world and by only using
your five senses. If you believe in the need for external help, such as
storing food, clothing, your will most likely need food and clothing to
survive. If you are relying on the star brothers and sisters to take you
out of this unbearable reality, you may pull in those who do not honor your
free will and evolution. If you rely on truth from outside of yourself,
you will constantly be led in a direction that may not necessarily be your
path. Moving to a professed safe zone on Planet Earth will not save you.
In these ways you are externalizing your power. You are preparing for a
multi-dimensional reality by keeping one foot in the 3D world. Instead of
investing in external means of survival, invest in the internal, eternal.
The way to arrive in the new world is to be fully empowered human beings."

prepare your spirit for the new world. We are not coming to you, You are
coming to us! We will be together when the space and experience is right."

will be closest to Earth on March 22, 1997. It will be visible to the naked
eye in the Northern Hemisphere in the North west sky at pre-dawn beginning
February7, '97 and after sunset after the equinox.
Interesting speculations around Hale-Bopp heightened in November '96 when
reports emerged of an astronomical anomaly, a Saturn-like object, that seems
to be traveling with Hale-Bopp. There were other reports of intelligent
radio signals coming from the anomaly.
Through the Farsight Institute and Dr. Courtney Brown, author of The Cosmic
Voyage, a remote viewing session using three pairs of professional remote
viewers was undertaken to ascertain information about Hale-Bopp and its
traveling companion. The sessions are conducted blind. Each viewer was not
told the identity of the target until the session was complete. Note: The
government and military has been using remote viewing techniques for information
discovery for decades.
The results of the viewing sessions were fascinating. Leaving out the usual
sci-fi comments about UFO's we have already heard, here is a general overview
of what the three viewers saw. The object is made up of material not know
by us. It is not from here, but of here. It is from space, but also from
Earth, maybe a space capsule returning to Earth. It will bring about something
new, but the object itself is not new. It is an old world artifact that
has hidden technology. It contains a pyramid and a central person and an
eye surrounded by energy. It is getting something started, like a catalyst
for a project. It is involved with the idea of time. The object acts as
an educator, like a book or time capsule. It is involved in the process
of discovery, timing, and evolution. The object is a joint project of all
the beings involved or it could not happen here now." (This comment
could indicate many people on Earth have a joint interest in this object.)
The purpose (of the object) must be discovered by those who intend to (or
did in the past) use it. It will provide radical information to help ease
humanity through the coming transitions and into a new era by incorporating
the best of the old with the new. Purpose of object is to uncover that which
has been hidden or lost. It is involved with the process of bridging or
connecting physical and subspace realities... bridging a gap like a school.
Some other references were made to time, timelines and lost time and hieroglyphics
of another dimension, thought balls and matrixes. It contains the technology
of the stars, concepts of travel and communication. Emotions related to
the object were intense concentration, reverence and respect. A message
is being sent to someone who is listening but not hearing it, and was an
urgency to understand this message. "They have not properly decoded
the message", one view said.
Traditional Peoples: When we understand our natural environment and realize
that we are not separate from it, Earth and the stars become our living
text books. When we live in a universe where everything has spirit like
the rocks, the trees, the Sun, Moon, Stars and of course, Comets, we can
communicate with, and learn from them. It has been passed on to me that
Lakota Elders are viewing this comet as an organic, living, breathing being
with a message. This is not too far off from what the remote viewers saw,
or what the Cosmic Maya have revealed. Also the Hopi say that when the bright
comet in the sky appears, the star people will return. We need to ask are
the Star people us, our cosmic brother and sister or both?
Other interesting news about the comet comes from New Age Study of Humanity's
Purpose in Tucson, Arizona. According to this source, on a causal level,
humanity has already entered the fourth dimension and is about to enter
the fifth, directly on the Spring Equinox and augmented by Hale Bopp's fly
by of Earth! (Remember... The 3D world is the last to reflect dimensional
changes.) Our bodies and Earth are being accelerated in energy, vibration
and consciousness to the max, thus causing a lot of discomfort. Old dysfunctional
patterns appear to be getting worse. It is this acceleration that is making
these last veils of limitation visible to us. The message from this source
loudly states... All is in divine order. Remember the wondrous things that
have transpired this year. Remember who you are and why you are here! Stay
focused on where you are going. Live your vision of the new Heaven and Earth.

The Maya and the comet: Of course, I am going to view all this "comet
stuff" and see how it relates to the Maya. So when I see remarks about
time lines and hidden messages or an act of discovery of lost truth, I immediately
flash upon the 33-day Maya Vision Quest taking place in Febuary/March 1997,
with 40 Mayan Elders from the Yucatan and Guatemala, organized by Mayan
Elder, Hunbatz Men. This vision quest is directly focused on re-gathering,
re-membering, hidden truth of the Mayan calendars (time lines!). The comet
is on a orbit of 3250 years. When we think like the Maya do in duality,
this 3250 year orbit is one half of a 6500 year cycle that directly correlates
to one of the Mayan calendars! The Maya Elders will begin their quest on
11 IMIX a.k.a. February 13, while Hale-Bopp is closely approaching Earth.
11 IMIX dissolves the old and discovers the new simultaneously and also
represents the first day in the Tzolk'in cycle that represents our future.
11 IMIX is the first day after a 20-day core cycle, when our Kundilini has
been re-alined and tuned up with the center (Kundilini) of the Tzolk'in.
As the Mayan Elders dive deeply into the cosmos for knowledge, they will
enter a 10-day period of portal days, beginning on 3 CIMI, a.k.a. February
18. During these days it is easy to receive and understand cosmic knowledge
as one less veil exists between them and the truth of the cosmos. We have
a great opportunity to join the Maya Elders in spirit and also tune into
the message contained in the comet on these 33 days.
When I hear that humanity has an ancient connection with this cosmic messenger,
I remember the old ancient stories of the Star/Sun people who came to Earth
and shared information with the indigenous people of the Americas. From
the Lakota in North America to the Quechua people in Peru, the stories of
the Star/Sun people are the same. I wonder who is this central being with
the eye and energy surrounding it? Could it be Quetzalcoatl, Kukulkan, Wiracocha
or even Hunab K'u, or is it our Christ consciousness returning to us? What
will happen when Hale-Bopp and the pyramid of Kukulkan are linked with the
energy of the Sun on the Spring Equinox and a Mayan New Year? Is it possible
that this cosmic event isn't happening to us as much as it is a part of
us? Did we send this supposed ship or living matrix of consciousness into
space ourselves before we lost our connection with Source to have it return
to help re-awaken us at this time? If we experience this event without seeing
ourselves separate from it by attaching the usual 3D drama and phenomena,
will we receive new/ancinet knowledge? Whatever the comet means to us as
a human race remains to be seen. The answers lies on the Spring Equinox,
when Hale-Bopp does its cosmic fly by of Earth. Are we open to decode the
message? As the cosmic Maya say, "It is up to US!"
